2011 HIA Perth Housing Awards

Nedlands – currently under construction and due for completion in 2012 we have designed this home to the specific requirements of the owners.
Swanbourne – due for completion mid-2012 this home has been architecturally designed to detailed specifications.
South Perth – this three level architect designed home in leafy South Perth includes an elevator, gym, office and three car undercroft.

Named for its proximity to Cottesloe Beach and the curvaceous feature ceiling that distinguishes the centre of the Penthouse.

Spacious and elegant apartments at the top of the hill in Eric Street, Cottesloe. You could throw a tennis ball to the beach and the view from the roof deck is panoramic.

Architectural appointment

Humphrey Builders & Designers is boosting its architectual firepower with the appointment of Kerie Tang as our Design and Contracts Manager.

Many custom building comnpanies lean to either the building side or the architectural side. We’re about bridging that gap. We know that the communication between the building side and the architectural side is the critical area in saving money, minimising delays and creating better designed houses. We’ve built our whole business around that principal.

Kerie has a background in design and contract management with high level architectural firms… and the way we’re structuring this at Humphrey Builders is that all of our clients will now have access to architectural resources. We believe that in terms of management or architectural design and high level construction of new homes we are the leading firm in Perth and that we will further improve in this area.

Cottesloe Penthouse

We’re closing in on completion of the Eric Street apartments, some of the largest in Cottesloe. There are two extremely high quality apartments in a very contemporary style. The penthouse has panoramic ocean views and will shortly be available for sale. Given the views, the style of the build and the fact that it’s minutes walk from the beach, it promises to be an iconic entertainer.
