Dean Humphrey

I feel privileged to be doing something I love. I design and construct beautiful homes and get to work with people who are highly skilled, creative and professional. It's to their credit that we are one of Western Australia's most award-winning builders.

Our company values include integrity, knowledge and consideration. We seem to have the knack of selecting clients who share these values - this has led to some great working relationships.

We aim for every home we build to be completed to award-winning standards and to exceed people's expectations for quality and service. The reason we focus on award-winning quality is that it gives all of our team members, trades people and suppliers a clear target to aim at. As a long time building awards judge myself I am mindful of the high level of quality and attention to detail required to compete with the best homes in Perth.

My own home in Cottesloe, where I live with my wife Chiara and our children Matthew, Lucy and William was entered in four building awards and won all four including the Housing Innovation Award at the 2009/2010 HIA Housing Awards.

Our construction methods exceed minimum standards and often also exceed Australian Standards and the requirements of the Building Code of Australia.
