The process

We'll help you build a beautiful home and we will take responsibility for managing that process. Once you've done your research and are comfortable dealing with us, we talk to you about your lifestyle needs. We then work up a detailed design agreement which explains the design process, costs and expected time frames.

Along the way, we bring in some of the most talented and experienced people in the industry so that practical considerations are included and quotations have the highest possible level of accuracy. When building starts we keep you closely informed and we put serious effort into delivering the quality of finish you've specified.

We manage all relationships in the building process, including architecture and interior design. We are also able to work with particular consultants you specify. It's a prudent decision to place Humphrey Builders at the centre of your design and building process.
